aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-4961\"><p>Para hacer la salsa, se pone en una sart\u00e9n grande al fuego aceite y bastante cebolla roja muy picada. Cuando la cebolla este blanda y sin\u00a0dorarse, se a\u00f1ade una zanahoria picada, un puerro, unos trozos de corteza de pan y una cucharada de tomate. Todo ello se rehoga.<\/p><p>Se ponen a cocer bastantes pimientos choriceros sin pepitas y una vez cocidos, se raspa la pulpa y se a\u00f1aden a la sart\u00e9n. Luego se pasa todo por el chino. El bacalao una vez remojado, se desescama y se le quitan las espinas. Se sacan las tajadas y se les da una vuelta por\u00a0aceite muy caliente. Se saltea todo y se le va a\u00f1adiendo leche (tambi\u00e9n se le puede lago de caldo)\u00a0Una vez hecha la pasta, se pone en una bandeja y se deja enfriar.<\/p><p>Despu\u00e9s se van formando las croquetas, pas\u00e1ndolas por pan rallado, huevo batido y otra vez por pan rallado. Se cogen los pimientos y se rellenan con la salsa, se pasan por harina y huevo batido y se fr\u00eden.<\/p><p>En el aceite que queda, despu\u00e9s de fre\u00edrlos, fre\u00edr un poco de cebolla, zanahoria, perejil, unos dientes de ajo y media cucharada de harina. Cuando tome color, echar un poco de caldo y vino blanco.
